Lena Hök

Lena Hök has been appointed Executive Vice President Sustainability & Innovation for the Skanska Group. She stepped into her new position and joined Skanska’s Group Leadership Team on November 1, and previously held the position as Senior Vice President Sustainability.

Before joining Skanska Lena worked as Head of Sustainability at Skandia and Head of Skandia’s foundation “Ideas for Life.” She is currently also Chair of the Swedish Sustainability Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as a board member at BoKlok, Skanskas residential housing concept jointly owned by IKEA.

She has more than 20 years of experience in implementing and evaluating strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability based on innovation and sustainability perspectives. We are now intensifying efforts within innovation and sustainability to meet customer needs and refine our offering.
